Acceptable use policy

Acceptable Use

This policy defines the standards and rules for using TazzVPS infrastructure to ensure a safe and stable environment for all users.

Zero Tolerance Policy

TazzVPS maintains a strictly enforced zero-tolerance policy towards activities that threaten our network stability, legal compliance, or the safety of others. Immediate suspension without notice may occur for violations.

Network Abuse

DDoS attacks, port scanning, IP spoofing, or any attempt to disrupt the integrity of internal or external networks.

Spam & Mass Mail

Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM), hosting mail relays, or operating listservers that do not follow opt-in rules.

Illegal Content

Hosting or distributing unlicensed copyright material, child exploitation material, or hate speech prohibited by law.

Resource Mining

Cryptocurrency mining on shared VPS instances is prohibited as it degrades performance for other tenants.

Security Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for securing their Virtual Private Servers. This includes managing passwords, applying security patches, and configuring firewalls. Compromised servers used for malicious activity will be treated as a violation by the account holder.

"Your use of our service signifies your agreement to these terms. TazzVPS reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation of these policies at our sole discretion."

Resource Usage

While we offer "Unmetered" or high-limit bandwidth on certain plans, this is subject to 'Fair Use'. Excessive utilization that negatively impacts the network infrastructure may result in bandwidth throttling or a request to upgrade to a dedicated solution.
