Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our platform. By using TazzVPS, you agree to be bound by these terms.
01. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using TazzVPS services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
02. Provision of Services
TazzVPS provides Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and related infrastructure services. We aim for 99.9% uptime, but services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with or without notice.
03. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Users are strictly prohibited from using our servers for:
- Spamming or mass mailing
- DDoS or network attacks
- Illegal content hosting
- Cryptocurrency mining (on non-dedicated plans)
04. Billing & Refunds
All services are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle. Failure to pay will result in service suspension within 24 hours of the due date.
Refund Policy: We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee for first-time customers if the service does not meet technical specifications. Refunds are not provided for AUP violations.
05. Limitation of Liability
TazzVPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, resulting from the use of our services.
06. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service for any reason, including violation of the AUP, without prior notice. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted from our primary storage.
Acknowledgement
By using TazzVPS, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
